Welcome to the Tamisha Iman Network IDT Pageantry System (TINC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to uplifting, protecting, and empowering the transgender community—especially during one of the most challenging times in our nation’s history.

Across the country, trans individuals face growing legislative attacks, rising homelessness, higher levels of violence, and consistent barriers to healthcare, employment, and safe community spaces. TINC exists to confront these realities with strength, dignity, and unwavering support.

Our Purpose

TINC is more than a pageant system—it is a lifeline, a cultural institution, and a community safety net grounded in dignity and respect.
We work to:

• Protect our community – Advocacy, rights education, emergency support, and connection to vital resources.
• Provide safe spaces – Events, programs, and community gatherings that celebrate identity, joy, talent, and sisterhood.
• Support mental & emotional wellness – Crisis resources, mentorship, and community-based healing.
• Empower stability & success – Workshops, referrals, and support systems for housing, employment, and financial recovery.
• Preserve legacy – Honoring the trailblazers, icons, and leaders whose contributions shaped our community’s cultural foundation.

For many, TINC is the only place where they feel fully seen, supported, and valued.
